The Acting Judge has informed me unofficially that

he agrees with the decisions of the Mixed Court in these

Cages, but the Registrar of His Majesty's Supreme Court

expressed doubts as to whether the decision of the Court

in the case of "Fokien Arsenal versus Plan Sung-chu" was

not worded somewhat too widely.
